Diapers:
Depending on how often you will be washing, you will need between 12 and 48 diapers. Expect to change your baby a minimum of 6 times a day, a newborn will need to be change 10-12 times a day. If you are going
to be washing every other day, you can most likely get by with the minimum of 12 diapers. It would be a good idea to have some regular pre-fold diapers on hand in case you run out for some reason before you
have a chance to wash. If you will be washing less often, then of course you will need more in your supply.
Covers:
Covers can be used more than once each day. Wool covers are wonderful because even when your baby wets, they do not hold onto the smell of urine. Once they dry, they can be used again right away. Wind Pro
fleece covers are wonderfully soft and come in many different colors as well. They do not pill and stay looking nice wash after wash.
I would recommend 3 covers per day after the newborn stage. During the newborn stage, you would need 4-6 on hand per day.
Wipes:
Cloth wipes complete your cloth diapering necessities. These wipes are a generous 8x8 and fold in half to fit perfectly inside standard wipes containers as well as travel containers. They are made with either
hemp fleece, burley knit terry or sherpa on one side and a fun print on the other. Edges are serged in coordinating thread.
